We try to dispatch all orders within 10 working days, however, at time this may be extended and if this is the case customers will be notified by email.

Every effort is made to supply the quantities ordered, but we reserve the right to deliver within plus or minus 10%.

Goods ordered and found to be unsuitable for the customers purpose may be return, with the Company’s agreement, (in the same condition they were received) with 14 days and the customer will be credited the value.

In the event of non-delivery, breakage, damage or faulty goods, no claim can be entertained unless notice of such reaches us with 14 days of dispatch otherwise the Company will not accept responsibility.

On returning goods which are unsuitable, you must return the goods to us at your cost. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will meet the cost of the return.

Please contact our sales office to help process your returned goods quickly.

Returned goods will only be credited if returned in their original condition.

Goods accepted for return will be credited at the price on the date of invoice.
